shoptwigs.com accepts the following credit cards for Internet purchases: American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover. Your card will not be charged until your order is processed with a valid UPS tracking number. Special orders are charged when orders are placed.

shipping
We ship via UPS insured and offer several shipping options: Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air and Overnight Next Day Air (which does not include Saturday delivery). We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Our goal is to process your order within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3 pm CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. We only ship Monday through Friday. Delivery charges are as follows:

shipping to military bases
All orders being shipped to military bases will be shipped via USPS Priority at a flat rate of $20.

international orders
We accept international orders and ship internationally via UPS Expedited. American Express is the card of choice for international orders. While Visa, Master Card and Discover are accepted, copies of a valid photo ID and the front and back of the credit card used will be required sent via email. returns
Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of the date which the order is received by you. Policy does not apply to undergarments, LAST CHANCE items or special orders, which are non-returnable. Online Trunk Show items can be returned within 7 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be received in original packaging, in unworn condition, and with a copy of the receipt. All original tags on apparel must remain in their received placement. Merchandise must be returned pre-paid and insured to shoptwigs. We reserve the right to deny a full refund if merchandise is sent back in an unfavorable condition. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. Free Ground Shipping offers are subject to a $14 re-stocking fee per shipment.

footwear returns and exchanges
We are unable to accept or exchange any returned items which are scratched or dirty. We ask that you try on any footwear for fit and size on carpeted surfaces only until you are certain that you will be keeping them. Please be aware that the designer shoebox is considered part of the whole product and the same terms apply. For this reason please make sure the shoebox is placed in protective packaging when returning the item.

All items purchased in the LAST CHANCE department are final sales.

promotions
PromoCodes expire 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Limited to one PromoCode per order.

special orders
Please inquire about special orders (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc.). Timing and pricing will vary by designer. Special orders can be cancelled only within 48 hours of being placed. Payment is required when order is placed. Special orders are non-returnable.
